Börner accessories for asparagus

Peel the asparagus very thinly with the Börner asparagus peeler , place them in cold, lightly salted water and let them cook on a low heat until al dente. TIP: You can also get the asparagus perfectly al dente without water in the oval pans from AVR...
Crush a hard-boiled egg with a fork and sprinkle with a pinch of nutmeg , we have the ideal hand grater for that.
Dress the asparagus with melted fresh butter and sprinkle generously with finely chopped parsley. A boiled baby potato goes perfectly with it.
