A dough scraper is originally a handy tool for bakers, but it's actually multifunctional in the kitchen. It's easy to sweep up scraps of chopped ingredients! Dough scrapers are made of plastic or metal. You can find them in kitchenware stores or online.
PS: You can also ask your local bakery for them. The best bakery around here is Bakkerij Hein Vandenberghe .
