Due to its simplicity and user-friendliness, it remains a trendsetter. Available in white & orange. The "primal mandolin" par excellence. Consists of the V-blade, insertion plate for thick and thin slices, 7 mm plate, 3.5 mm plate and the protective cover.
It is possible to order the 10mm slide-in plate as an extra, for the real, thick "Belgian fries" .
