The kitchen mandoline consists of a V-shaped blade, a sliding plate without blades for slices (4 positions), a sliding plate with blades of 7 mm thickness and a sliding plate with blades of 3.5 mm thickness (Strips or brunoise), including protective cover .
With the 7mm you can cut nice thin fries, called "pommes allumettes", as well as thicker brunoise!
With the free 10mm plate you can cut the typical thick "Belgian fries" ;-)
The Schieberbox to safely store the knives is included as standard!
