The V-3 mandolin is back from “never really went away.”
It dates back to 1990 and is still in production. It's a favorite among early users, and due to high demand, it's also being returned to our webshop.
Its simplicity and user-friendliness make it a trendsetter. Available in white and orange. The "original mandoline" par excellence. It includes a V-shaped blade, a slide-in plate for thick and thin slices, a 7 mm plate, a 3.5 mm plate, and a protective cover.
The storage system and docking station in the same colour are also included.
It is possible to order the 10mm sliding plate as an extra, for real, thick "Belgian fries" .
