A dough scraper is originally a handy tool for bakers, but it is in fact multifunctional in the kitchen. It's easy to sweep up chopped ingredients! Dough scrapers are made of plastic or metal. You can find them in cooking stores or online.
PS: you can also ask for them at your local baker. The best bakery in the area here is Bakkerij Hein Vandenberghe.
