Börner mandolins are durable and last for years, as many of our customers testify. In addition, our mandolins are available in different colours and we have a wide range of matching accessories.
The kitchen mandolin consists of a V-shaped blade, a sliding plate without blades for slices (4 positions), a sliding plate with blades of 7 mm thickness and a sliding plate with blades of 3.5 mm thickness (strips or brunoise), including a protective cover .
With the 7mm you can cut nice thin fries, called "pommes allumettes", as well as thicker brunoise!
